<\/a><\/p>\nStarted with peeling and slicing the peaches. Look at how juicy they were. They smelled amazing too. This my highly scientific method of throwing things together. Mix some brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a small dish.<\/p>\n Then we used our homemade cake mix<\/a>\u00a0that we keep in the freezer for occasions such as this and cut in a stick of butter. I always get excited when I get to use my pastry cutter. It’s like a ninja weapon! Once the cake mix and butter are nice and crumbly you cover the peaches and turn the crockpot on low for a few hours.<\/p>\n Once finished top with ice cream and devour.<\/p>\n Then we commandeered about 10 more peaches to make fruit leather.\u00a0 6 large ripe peaches, sliced and peeled (or not)<\/p>\n 2\/3 cup loose brown sugar<\/p>\n 1tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n 1\/2 tsp nutmeg<\/p>\n
